Learn how to massage your baby. A wonderful ongoing gift for you and your baby; excellent for bonding, colic and precious one to one time. Fully Qualified Baby Massage Therapist (Qualified in London). Please bring your own mat and towel, and of course your baby!! Suitable for babies form 6 weeks or older.

BACK IN TO SHAPE WITH YOUR BABY
An indoor-outdoor exercise class for active mothers and babies. This class will combine fast walks (on the water front) with stretching and core training (indoors) Your baby will actively take part in the class by adding some resistance to your training.
