FRIDAY LUNCH CLUB
An opportunity to socialise and eat lunch with other men and women.

MATURE DRIVERS WORKSHOP
A refresher course for mature road users.  It provides an opportunity to reflect on your own driving experiences, to share these with others, and to discuss recent changes to the road rules.  Includes a video on driver and pedestrian safety, workbook certificate of completion and voucher to part pay for an assessment drive.  Run in conjunction with Age Concern and the Land Transport New Zealand.

STEP AHEAD – SAFE ON YOUR FEET
This popular Falls Prevention Course for the 60+ age group is back.  This is a FOUR WEEK programme with different topics covered each week so it is essential to attend all four sessions.  Topics covered: Strength and balance exercise, home safety, managing medicines, what to do if you have a fall, goal setting, foot care, eyesight changes, fatigue management and much more.
