NINJUTSU – BUJINKAN KIWI DOJOS

CLASSICAL PILATES

Take part in this exciting mat exercise programme.  Perfect for anyone interested in reaching whole body wellness, reduced risk of injury and building core strength.  You will feel fitter, stronger and taller. Students are required to come to both sessions a week and should bring a mat and an old tie.
