NINJUTSU – BUJINKAN KIWI DOJOS

FUNCTIONAL YOGA FOR PERFORMANCE AND BALANCE

CLASSICAL PILATES
Take part in this exciting mat exercise programme.  Perfect for anyone interested in reaching whole body wellness, reduced risk of injury and build core strength.  You will feel fitter, stronger and taller. Students are required to come to both sessions a week and should bring a mat and an old tie.
