Please phone 575-6098 or email centre@sthelierschurch.org.nz and we will take your booking or pop in and collect an enrolment form for centre hosted programme and post to

There is no confirmation of postal enrolments but a receipt will be available at your first class.

Please come into the St Heliers Church and Community Centre, 100 St Heliers Bay Rd, St Heliers and complete an enrolment form for centre hosted programmes:
Our office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday

REFUND POLICY
- A full refund will be given if the class does not proceed.
- A half refund will be given if you withdraw before the class starts.
-No refund will be given if you withdraw once the class has started.

PRIVACY ACT

The St Heliers Church and Community Centre is required to collect, use and store the information that you provide on the enrolment form according to the principles of the Privacy Act 1993. This information is required for funding applications with, but not exclusively, the Auckland City Council and Selwyn Community Education. It will also be used for marketing purposes initiated by the St Heliers Church and Community Centre. These are not exclusive uses and other uses of this information may arise at the discretion of the St Heliers Church and Community Centre.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION
The continuous ringing of bells signals an emergency. In an emergency LEAVE THE BUILDING BY THE CLOSEST EXIT IMMEDIATELY.

PARKING
Parking is at a premium at certain times of the day. We ask that you are considerate towards others and do not block driveways or other vehicles and do not park on the grass or on yellow lines.

PLEASE ENROL EARLY AS SOME COURSES CANNOT PROCEED IF INSUFFICIENT NUMBERS

Are the courses and programmes offered in this programme what the people of the eastern bays need and will enjoy?
That’s the main question I have kept asking myself as I prepared this two term booklet for you. I am not certain enough to say YES! YES! YES! but we have listened to you and watched carefully before deciding this new years offering to our community.
What I am certain of is that all of us need leisure time and leisure activities, we need exercise, We need to keep growing and learning. We need to be connected.
I do believe this Community Centre and church programme will help you do that.
I hope 2008 has new opportunities for you

COMMUNITY CENTRE DEVELOPMENTS
Summer is here at last and the centre is a buzz of activity with holiday programmes, summer camps, new programmes for the coming term and Small Miracles revving up for the new year.
Over this holiday period it has been illustrated just how lucky we are to be positioned in such a beautiful location which is the hub of St Heliers Community. Our holiday programme has enjoyed the benefits of trips to the beach, local parks and use of the St Heliers school fields to burn off excess energy.
It is our aim over the coming year to build on our programmes and develop services for young & old. We look forward to an exciting year.

MESSAGE FROM THE MINISTER
This will be a year for our leadership to focus on preparing our Church & Community Centre for the future. There will be lots of discussion and thinking about how to do this. We will be looking at the immediate future and then 5 and 10 years out. I am excited about the possibilities. The heart of the church is its love of serving because of God’s love showed to us in Jesus. That heart must not judge or have dividing lines between church and community. The broad question is: What will be the best services and what is the best space we can offer to you for inspiration, milestone celebrations, community events, and spiritual, educational and social programmes?
Well this year we will work hard together on this question and on the vision that is necessary to make that question a reality.
However what happens day to day for everyone who comes through the door and how we equip and strengthen people to live their lives fully out there must remain our top priority. You and your families are important to us. God bless you and strengthen you in your daily living
