Everyone is in worship together and at 9.20am the children leave worship for the Christian Education Dots 0-2 in Daisy Dempsey - Meet Lindy Minnaar your Coordinator Jigglers 2-5 yrs –    (Jigglers Room off to left of the Lounge) GODZONE  (5-10 yrs) :   Rockers - Years 1,2,3 at Primary - Far end of Lounge:  Explorers - Years 4,5,6 at Primary - Far end of  Lounge Intermediate 10-12 yrs :    Years 7 and 8 - On deck  (Teen Team) Youth (College) Lesley Thomas:  Age 13 and Over (Ignite) in Courtyard. Children have an activity pack and assist in leadership at the 10.30am Service . The Creche for tiny babies and parents to retreat is in the Daisy Dempsey Room at the rear of the church. SOMETHING DIFFERENT - TEA PARTY CHURCH A tea party/community occasion for 0-7 years (pre-schoolers) and their families.  There will be china tea cups and teapot, food, a game, song & bible story. Coffee for parents. Date            The 4th Sunday of every month Time:           4.30pm Cost            Gold coin donation Contact:       Barbara Fowler 521-2608 or Office 575-6098 COMMUNION  2nd Sunday of every month - Family communion is very important in our life at St Heliers and this is part of both worship services on the second Sunday of every month.  Children are welcome to take communion as long as their parents agree and we have lessons on the meaning of Communion as part of their Sunday morning Christian Education. Also Monthly Early Morning Communion Service - Last Sunday of the month.  Informal communion - contemplative.  Time 8am-8.30am BAPTISM  We are a church who pratices Baptisms for babies as well as adults and the Baptism is generally part of the morning worship services 9.00 or 10.30am services.  This is a wonderful act of commitment by the congregation, parents and family.  Preparation sessions for Baptism are offered by this Church.  Contact the Minister Rev. Pauline Stewart 5756098 for an appointment ST HELIERS CHURCH CHOIR  Under the directorship of Doug Nyce, this choir brings excellent music to special events as well as the regular 10.30am Sunday worship service.  For Christmas & Easter, extra members may join for the season.  We love to sing.  Those who cannot read music are welcome and should not feel disadvantaged. Day:   Wednesdays during school terms Time        7.30-9.00pm NO PARKING ZONE: To improve traffic flow, the drive-through in front of the Church entrance and offices is now designated as a NO PARKING ZONE (Short term drop-off and pick-up only, please).
